Login with Username
Now, community members can log in using either their email address or username for an easier login experience. We noticed some users didn’t realize that their username wasn’t an accepted format, so we responded!
New:
Transactional Email Masking
To support an entirely white-label experience, our engineering team built support for transactional email masking. Two transactional emails for example:
- When signing up: Email Confirmation
- When Resetting Password: Password Reset Email
Email masking is treated as an add-on service, if you’d like to take advantage of this white-label feature, please reach out to your success manager.

Featured posts are a powerful tool to promote user generated content and engage your audience. Here are a few tactics to test and use Features Posts in your network:
- Highlight community members and share examples of positive content
